Collection & Accounts Overview

Collection Overview

The Library selects, acquires and manages a breadth of digital and physical resources to strengthen the scholarship and creativity of our community. Our physical collection is made up of approximately 16,000 unique books, select tools, journals and more. While our limited size prevents us from having every book you may want or need, our local collection happily supports our joint mission of undergraduate STEM library and community center and covers subjects across the learning continuum.

Our electronic collection focuses on reference materials across the STEM disciplines and includes many industry standard databases including IEEExplore, Engineering Village, Knovel, and Web of Science, among others. For a complete list of subscribed electronic databases, reference the A to Z Databases List.

Olin community members enjoy reciprocal borrowing within BOW libraries, for more information on this partnership, please see the BOW Libraries page.
