User experience design is never really and truly done - especially for libraries, where patron priorities and service needs are always changing. To do our part, we will continually observe people's interactions with our space and invite your feedback to keep making improvements wherever necessary.
Failure is essential. In order to get the best results, we feel you have to push beyond boundaries. Willingness to fail and learn and try again leads to something spectacular. Be patient with us as we try new things that may well explode in our faces (hopefully not literally!).
