We hope to have a library strategic plan completed and in place by the end of calendar year 2019. Once this happens, we'll have a roadmap for the next three years that will help us guide and focus our efforts, but not distract us from the needs and desires of the here and now.
Then what? Well, we'll keep adjusting and responding to feedback and information access needs...forever! Just as we order new books to replace old ones, we'll continually listen to and evaluate what people are asking us for and do our best to provide it. Libraries everywhere are changing. Let's change ours with YOU in mind.
